Overview
Having high standards when it comes to company culture and providing insanely great service to customers, it only makes sense that the xMatters marketing team is continually conjuring up new ideas on how to WOW both employees and customers alike. There's nothing like receiving a genuine and personalized note along with an awesome swag pack. This project covers just some of the branded swag kits and items given to employees, customers, and potential prospects.
Objective
Partner with the Director of Customer and Brand Marketing and other Marketing team members to create fun and unique swag kits and branded stand-alone objects employees and customers would be happy to receive. Depending on the article, a few descriptive phrases always came to mind during the design process: simplicity, subtle, clean, classy, fun, and unique.
Results
After successfully designing, printing, and performing quality checks on each piece, the items were then photographed and added to the xMatters e-commerce store. Members of the global sales team can access these items and ship them to themselves or directly to clients. This ongoing program helps create brand awareness and the opportunity to deliver the unexpected, providing that WOW moment for customers, partners, and employees.
